Because our products are custom-made through Print on Demand, we can only accept returns in limited circumstances.
Refunds at a Glance
- Accepted: Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
- Not accepted: Size, fit, or buyer’s remorse
- Report within: 14 days of delivery
- Proof required: Order number + photos of the issue
- Resolution: Free replacement preferred; refund only if replacement is not possible

- Provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the problem
Approval Process
- All returns require review and approval by our team.
- If digital proofs were approved before printing, return eligibility may be limited.
Replacements & Refunds
- We will send a free replacement whenever possible.
- Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided.
- Returned items cannot be restocked or resold.
