Because our products are custom-made through Print on Demand, we can only accept returns in limited circumstances.

Refunds at a Glance

  • Accepted: Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
  • Not accepted: Size, fit, or buyer’s remorse
  • Report within: 14 days of delivery
  • Proof required: Order number + photos of the issue
  • Resolution: Free replacement preferred; refund only if replacement is not possible

Replacements & Refunds

  • We will send a free replacement whenever possible.
